I,began my wellbeing journey as a Children's Yoga Instructor which I continued for over 15 years. I am now an Experienced Wellbeing Therapist, specialising in Bowen Therapy (Masters level 12) & Lymphatic Treatments including Massage, Taping & Compression. Over the years, my abilities as a therapist have been enriched by studying a variety of Massage & Healing Therapies. My studies continue, enhancing my knowledge & understanding of this amazing therapy, Bowen, discovering Paths to Lifelong Wellbeing. I am dedicated to helping people improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
