My studies into wellbeing started as a Children’s Yoga instructor. Alongside Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology Courses I began studying various massage & healing techniques including Lymphatic Massage & Bowen Therapy, completing Masters Techniques Level 12. Over the years I have been privileged to attend many fascinating classes with some inspirational tutors including an anatomy dissection class at The Kings College London. This Year I have been awarded an educational place to attend the British Lymphology Society conference 2023, enhancing my knowledge & understanding, discovering Paths to Lifelong Wellbeing.

Bowen offers relief for many conditions, clients have visited me with a variety of issues, Back Pain, Muscular Pain, Long Covid, Fatigue & Fibromyalgia or Arm Pain. I also help with Relaxation, Mental Health, Stress, Anxiety, Grief & Headaches/ Migraines.
