Welcome to my Profile,  I would like to introduce myself.  I became interested in therapeutic approaches when my Mum injured her back.  She was off work and unable to drive for a long time and it wasn’t until she started trying treatments beyond the medication, that helped to manage her pain, that she really started to see much improvement, and so my journey began. 

I qualified and became registered as a full member of the Bowen Association UK in 2005.  I completed the basic training followed by all the specialised Bowen procedures and range of postgraduate workshops from back pain, working with mother and babies and more…

I have a degree in complementary health care which qualified me to practice Holistic massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Remedial massage.  I am also a Reiki master, a Mindset coach, a Mindfulness teacher and Breakthrough Breathwork facilitator.  

I currently work in private practice helping people in Blackburn and the surrounding areas.  I am a  local girl, helping local people.

Bowen therapy has been my primary therapeutic tool since 2005 and I complete postgraduate training every year to expand my knowledge and keep my skills finely tuned.

I have worked not only in private practice, but in palliative care and the charity sector throughout my career.

My true passion is to help people out of pain so they can improve their quality of life.  My clients share that I help them improve their quality of life because treatments have helped them to carry out their activities of daily living in more comfort and with more confidence, it has helped them get back playing sport or exercising, or treatments have enabled them to participate in activities that promote better relationships like playing with their grandchildren.  

Whatever the struggle, I draw upon Bowen therapy and a wealth of other techniques to get the best outcomes for my clients.
