Welcome to my universe. The universe of Bowen & Alternative Therapies.
I am a practicing Bowen therapist ,a little over five years, using a broad complementary approach treatments tailored to the clients needs.
I am Romanian who along with my husband and two beautiful children ,we are proud to call UK home for the past 15 years.
I advocate appreciation of the mind-body continuum. I encourage exploring how stress management ,beliefs and emotions playa role into one’s own story pain.Often a very significant one for those suffering with chronic conditions.
I encourage my clients also help themselves with a variety of tools whenever attending the clinic is not possible.
We all are but a sum of our experiences.My experiences have not been easy , from adapting to another culture to being diagnosed with breast cancer.
My journey so far has been a lesson learned the hard way but well learned .Have learned to turn an awful situation .I’ve learned to pay attention to my bodying to reconnect with myself. All that is now reflected in the efficiency and precision of my working which I am guided by knowledge ,experience and intuition.
