How to update my details
To update your details simply click on your profile icon at the top right of the menu above. In the drop down menu click on “My Account”. Once you are in this area you will be able to change your personal account details and your Public Listing (your page that appears when a user uses the Find a Practitioner function).
Once in My Account you will see two sections on the left:
- My Account – This is an overview of your account.
- Personal Information – This is where you can change your name, address and other personal details that we have about you. Please note this does NOT alter your public listing, this area is purely for admin purposes.
- My Membership – This will show you your current membership plan.
- Change Password – You can change your password here if you wish to do so.
My Listings – This is where you access your public listing page/s. You can edit or delete your listing here. N.B. This is the ONLY place to update the information you wish the public to see. They cannot see anything you update in your profile.
You can add a brief description about yourself in the first box.
Below the Google map are the fields to update your email, phone, website. Please ensure you prefix your website address with http://www. OR https://www. (if a secure site) to ensure the site can be reached from the Find a Practitioner search page.

Add New Listing – If you would like to add another listing you can do so here. Please note there is a maximum of 4 listings.
When creating the pin location of your new listing, enter the postcode and click on the drop down menu which appears. This will generate the longitude and latitude references which Google uses to locate specifically. You may then subsequently add more of the address to the main location box if you wish; this will show in the public view.
