Having qualified in a number body therapies, disciplines and modalities over the years, Jo has dedicated her clinical practise solely to the Bowen Technique since qualifying in 2010 because of her love and passion for Bowen Therapy and based upon the results achieved and the feedback from her clients.
Even after well over a decade of practising Bowen, Jo is constantly thrilled and excited to see how The Bowen Technique can improve the lives and the health of her clients. Jo absolutely believes that every body can benefit from Bowen when people are open to trusting the innate wisdom of their bodies.
Qualified to Advanced and Master Training levels with Specialist Bowen Procedures (both SBP1 and SBP2), Jo also has experience in holistic health coaching, nutritional support and managing retreats so is passionate about providing a fully person-centred, holistic approach to work with her clients in order to improve health and happiness in body and mind.
Jo is also a Laughter Consultant and runs one of the most successful and longest running community laughter clubs in the UK.
In her spare time she loves wild swimming in Scotland’s stunning (and cold!) rivers, lochs and seas all year round; she also enjoys singing in a very small but mighty choir and also with a deeply spiritual heart-centred women’s singing circle. She enjoys music, drumming and dancing and loves to spend time in nature.
